HDMI Y Splitter
The HDMI Y Splitter is an extremely handy tool. It allows one device eg. A satellite receiver to output the same signal (picture) to 2 monitors / TV's. So you can watch the same channel on 2 televisions. NOTE: This does not combine signals, for that you need a HDMI Switch.
