How The System Works

Your broadband router connects to the PoE injector.

The PoE injector then powers the WiFi access point through the Ethernet cable.

The access point creates a strong wireless signal in the chosen location.

Ideal mounting locations:

  • Hallway ceiling
  • Landing area
  • Central room
  • High wall position

DIY Installation Guide

Step 1 – Choose The Best Location

Install the WiFi access point:

  • Centrally in the home
  • Away from thick concrete walls
  • As high as possible for best coverage

Avoid:

  • Metal objects
  • Electrical cabinets
  • Behind TVs

Step 2 – Run The Ethernet Cable

Run the supplied CAT6 cable:

  • From your broadband router
  • To the access point location

You can:

  • Clip cable neatly along skirting
  • Run through attic spaces
  • Pass through small drilled holes if required

Step 3 – Connect The PoE Injector

Connect:

  • Router → PoE injector LAN port
  • PoE injector POE port → Access Point

Then plug the injector into mains power.

The access point will automatically power on.

Step 4 – Setup The WiFi

Download the Reyee app.

Using the app:

  1. Detect the access point
  2. Create your WiFi name
  3. Set your password
  4. Save settings

Your new WiFi network is now live.
